Cliro (the "Application" or "Service"), operated by Cliro, respects the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect, the legal basis for processing it, how we use and protect it, and your rights under applicable law.
We process your personal information to provide the Service, based on your consent and the Terms of Service, to fulfill our contractual obligations to you as a user, and for Cliro's legitimate interests such as information security, fraud prevention, error monitoring, and service improvement.

When you access the Service, our infrastructure may automatically collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, usage data, and security logs for the purpose of operation, monitoring, protection, and proper management of the Service.
Regarding emotional and behavioral data: The behavioral, mental, and emotional information you enter into the system is used solely for providing the Service, generating reports, and personal behavioral analysis for the user. This information is not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for advertising, marketing, or commercial profiling purposes, and is not used for automated decision-making with legal consequences.

To operate the Application and provide its features, we use external service providers and subcontractors, who are authorized to process information solely on behalf of Cliro and under confidentiality and data security obligations:

Some of our service providers (such as cloud servers and AI systems) are located or operate servers outside of Israel (including in the United States and the European Union). By using the Application and entering data, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of information in these countries, in accordance with the accepted data security standards of these providers.
We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, court order, regulatory authority request, or when necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or secure the Service.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, material investment, asset sale, or corporate restructuring, information may be transferred to the relevant party, provided that it continues to be handled in accordance with the principles of this Privacy Policy or a policy providing a similar level of protection.
We use industry-standard security and encryption measures to protect your personal information and trading data. All data traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS (encryption in transit), and data is stored on secure systems provided by our infrastructure vendors.
However, you understand and agree that despite our reasonable efforts, no security system or internet network provides absolute protection against unauthorized access or cyber attacks.
The Application uses cookies and similar technologies for routine operation, data security, user authentication, preference storage, and Service operation. Additionally, we may use analytics tools to measure Service usage, improve performance, identify issues, and develop new features. You can block cookies through your browser settings, but this may prevent you from logging into the system or using its services.
The Service and trading journal are not intended for minors under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from minors. If we become aware that such information has been collected without the consent of a legal guardian, we will take immediate steps to delete it from our servers.
Your information and trading journal data will be retained in the system as long as your account is active, or as long as necessary for providing the Service and developing the system.
Deletion request: You may request account closure and data deletion at any time by contacting support. Upon receiving the request, Cliro will delete or fully anonymize your personally identifiable information from our active databases within a reasonable time, no later than 30 business days, except for information required to be retained by law or for legal protection.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time, including due to technological or regulatory changes or the implementation of new analytics tools. In the event of material changes, we will display a prominent notice within the Application or send an email update. Continued use of the Service after publication of the updated policy constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
